STAY WITH... playfullness Gathering with Ester & David

… stay with…

During our last seminar, these two words emerged and guided the research offering new points of perspective and tools of exploration.

The invitation is to stay, a bit longer, with what there is (or there is not). To allow time and space for the movements, the processes and the encounters to unfold and manifest. Stay in the connection, without running away or going against...

From this space of allowance we will cultivate the dimension of play in all its exciting aspects. So, the flow will take us and we will merge with it, letting go that part of control of the mind that prevents to reawake another kind of intelligence and sensibility, which is able to explore the surrounding through curiosity, dedication and softness.

A gathering

We invite a group of movers and friends to share the same space for 6 days in a spirit of co-creation and mutual care.

As facilitators we are committed to provide a variety of opportunities to move the body, explore, learn new tools, play alone and with each other; while at the same time we wish to preserve together space for the unknown and for what will/might emerge throughout the experience. 

We wish to move beyond the usual frame of the movement classes, to explore other possibilities in which our shared and individual process can keep going, keep deepening beyond the "dance space" (for example go to the river together and find creative ways to connect with the surrounding and the landscape of Terzo Spazio...)

In fact, Terzo Spazio offers a very precious Home feeling which we would like to cultivate together in the most natural way we can find, helping each other, stay present and communicative, taking care of all the commons spaces..and so on.

Create a space. Keep it clean. Keep it safe. Keep it open. So we can dance in it and grow and discover and meet..

About the collaboration between Ester & David

Our common movement language is inspired by PLAYFIGHT PRACTICE founded by Bruno Caverna. Ester collaborates with Bruno since 2016 and she practices and teaches PlayFight in Europe since several years, integrating this particular language with her personal background in contemporary dance, contact improvisation, somatics & most recent craniosacral therapy.

Since the beginning of 2022 we started to explore teaching together and to merge our approaches and understandings because we sense a lot of common and fertile ground. We are very happy about this enriching collaboration and so we are looking forward to share some of the fruits with you!

Contribution

The contribution is made out of two parts:

A fixed part of 200 CHF for all the expenses (food, cook, terzo spazio, and other expenses)

+

A sliding scale for our organisation and teaching that you can choose at the end of the week.

Our sliding scale that we propose is somewhere in between 150CHF - 400CHF

The number of participants is limited to 12 people.

So in order to confirm your spot we ask you a deposit of 150 CHF
