Stay with .... from Ester & David

During our last seminar, two words emerged and guided the research offering new points of perspective and tools of exploration.

STAY WITH ..

The invitation is to stay, a bit longer, with what there is (or there is not). To allow time and space for the movements, the processes and the encounters to unfold and manifest.

Stay in.. the connection, without running away from yourself first and therefore from the other neither. We will support each other in opening spaces inside where to land safely and discover further deep about all our bodies (physical, fluid, structural, rational, emotional, intuitive, energetical..). From this space of allowance we will cultivate the dimension of play in all its exciting aspects. So, the flow will take us and we will merge with it, letting go that part of control of the mind that prevents to reawake another kind of intelligence and sensibility, which is able to explore the surrounding through curiosity, dedication and softness.

Can we learn to fully embody and enjoy the process we are (in) ? Can we then learn to enjoy to meet and share with and through another person(s) process ?

We will not learn a form or method “how to… “ , but trough the explorations we cultivate a state of listening and availability that allows us to be in connection, flow together and staying with what there is.. in a space that goes beyond the judgement of good and bad.

We will guide you through a varied journey by diving in the wide spectrum between subtle body-listening and playful free interaction and confrontation. In all this we hope to support you in cultivating in your body a sense of aliveness, softness, fullness, calmness and grounded openness.

Schedule:

Friday (2h) 17:00 - 19:00

Saturday (6h) 11:00 - 18:00 + JAM in the evening

Sunday (4h) 11:00 - 16:00 

Location:

Zwischnraum, simply one of the moste amzing spaces in Bern... Light, Big, Open, warm... It is a joy to spend time there...

Contribution:

- Sliding Scale: 160 - 360 CHF

- Combo (if you have been to the pervious Workshop in Bern in May) the sliding scale starts at 120 CHF / for other combos contact me directly

- Special:   In case of financial difficulties contact me, so we find a solution
