The Stay With winter retreat will happen for the second time in a very special location: the hostel of Faido, inside the Capuchin convent; a timeless place...

Inside it offers a variety of spaces to explore and a warm and wide wooden room in which we will base our daily movement practice.

It dwells an atmosphere of contemplation and absorption, magically aligned with the season and with the possibility to smell some snow flakes.

Last year we also managed to have a short reinvigorating practice outside in the garden, fully merging with all the qualities that the season and the location would offer.

We are excited to go there again and to cocreate a sense of home and comfort for the days we will live there together.

Together we will craft a state of flow and presence in our own body and in the connection with our partner so that we can share a rich ground to play together. Soft and Full.

• We invite you to melt into this warmly held frame and come on an exploration journey with us beyond wrong and right:

We will not learn a form or method “how to… “ But trough the explorations we cultivate a state of listening and availability that allows us to be in connection, flow together and staying with what there is.

• We invite you to unlearn and so to make space for what is there and what we as group create together:

In that sense ”undoing” is a central aspect of this practice, because there is nothing that we must/can “do” to be in connection, to be in the flow and to be present. Quite the contrary there is a lot that we can stop doing that is preventing us for being in connection like planning, forcing, trying, wanting and so on.

So we will guide you through a varied journey by diving in the wide spectrum between subtle body-listening and playful free interaction and confrontation.

In all this we hope to support you in cultivating in your body a sense of aliveness, softness, fullness…

SCHEDULE:

Arrival Thuersday (7.12)  between 15:00 - 17:00

Departure Sunday (10.12) departure around 17:00

From Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon we will provide you with guided classes (ca. 20h) and various activities in the evenings!

PRICE:

Earlybird (first 5 registrations): 420 CHF SOLD OUT

Normalfee:  sliding scale between 520 CHF -  820 CHF

In any case financial difficulties should not be a reason to not participate. If it is your case please contact us.

To confirm your spot I will ask you for a deposit of 150 CHF (after registration you will get an automatic mail with further informations)

The rooms are shared with 3-4 beds! If you want your private room, commmunicate this with us and it would be possibile with additional costs.

In this 4 days Chiara Zompa from Bologna (Italy) will cook for us delicious vegan/vegetarian food!
