playFULL Workshop (1 Day-teaser)

Together we will craft a state of flow and presence in our own body and in the connection with our partner, so that we can share a rich ground to play together.

It will be a varied dance and movement journey, using our BODIES, STICKS and STRINGS to explore connection. We dive into subtle body-listening; playful free interaction; and challenging each other ….In all this I wish to guide you into a sense of aliveness, softness and fullness.

Schedule:

Sunday  10:00 - 17:00 with lunch break (bring you own food and let's make a buffet)

Language:

Usually the workshops are in English, but if everyone feels confortable with german we can switch ;)

Contribution:

I ask for a contribution between 50 - 100 Euro for this 5 hours Workshop + JAM .

(In case of financial difficulties contact me, so we find a solution.)
