playFULL 3 Days INTENSIVE

Through the explorations we cultivate a state of listening and availability, that allows us to be in connection, flow together and stay with what there is.

It will be a varied dance and movement journey, using our bodies, sticks, strings and elastics to explore connection. We dive into subtle body-listening; playful free interaction; and challenging each other ….In all this I wish to guide you into a sense of aliveness, softness and fullness.

Schedule:

Friday (2h) 18:00 - 20:00

Saturday (6h) 11:00 - 18:00 + JAM in the evening

Sunday (4h) 11:00 - 16:00 

Location:

The Atelier Créarte in Bern is located in the Matte quarter under the roof of the old mill in the heart of Bern. Natural light illuminates the 120 m2 room. The wooden dance floor (barefoot zone) of 65m2 is generously spanned by roof beams. With small Kitchen & Shower..
