Fall integration with Ester & David

Here come our last retreat for this year. It is a golden time before winter is coming, time to integrate, to digest and to follow the invitation to let yourself fall... Fall into your own body, through the practice, the movement, the dances and into the coziness of our togetherness.

So we invite you to spend 4 days in this beautiful place in the mountains near Bologna. The Space offers a very precious Home feeling which we would like to cultivate together in the most natural way we can find, helping each other, stay present and communicative, taking care of all the commons spaces, free time, nature and our individual and collective wishes. As facilitators we are committed to provide morning and afternoon colourful opportunities to practice everyday, and also some evening propositions, while at the same time we wish to preserve together some space for the unknown and for what will/might emerge throughout the experience.

Location:

Alluce Verde, Monzuno (BO), easy to get there by train from Bologna to the stop Vado-Monzuno.

Schedule:

Arrival Day Wednesday 28th: we will have a sweet soft movement landing before dinner, ideally good to arrive by 5pm. 

Friday, Saturday full days of practice

Departure Day Sunday 1th: we will have one last morning session and lunch together to slowly depart after lunch.

A “free donation” means there is no obligation—no expectation to give, and no requirement to contribute financially in order to participate. 

At the same time, we acknowledge that we need financial contributions do help sustain our lives and allow this work to continue. 

For clarity and transparency, we offer reference donation amounts as orientation only, never as a rule or expectation. Donations are always decided after an event, based on lived experience rather than anticipation or politeness.

This approach is an ongoing practice—one that invites open communication, mutual awareness, and a shared willingness to gently rewrite our inherited patterns around money, value, and exchange.

Donation references

Between 200 and 500 would feel very appreciated and in balance with all the levels of investment from our side

They are appreciated with the same wholeheartedness a lower donation and a higher donation, the second one we know is a way to support also those who cannot give much (in terms of money).

If you cannot give any donation in the moment, it is fine for us and we stay open and curious to see in which other ways or timing an exchange can happen.
