Expanding in contact

The workshop unfolds in two consecutive parts.

Part I 

This first part introduces foundations of the attunement practice

At the core is our ability to be permeable — in encounter, in movement, and through contact. 

Our longing for flow, connection is tricky: these states can’t be produced on demand. Like falling asleep, they come to us. Rather than adding to our system through trying and wanting, in this workshop we investigate how to be reached, how to be moved, what is needed so the world comes to us.

Part II 

In the second part, we move closer to the physical point of contact.We explore how to expand rather than compress, listen rather than try to understand, soften rather than harden, let go rather than control.

We also explore the extent to which relating means relying — and therefore entering emotional terrains of trust.

What dimensions open when I bring more of my honest layers into the dance?What arrives when I allow myself to be danced, rather than perform dancing? Sunday  10:00 - 17:00

The work is offered through a free donation model grounded in trust, reciprocity, and care. 

A “free donation” means there is no obligation—no expectation to give, and no requirement to contribute financially in order to participate.  At the same time, we acknowledge that we need financial contributions do help sustain our lives and allow this work to continue. 

For clarity and transparency, we offer reference donation amounts as orientation only, never as a rule or expectation. Donations are always decided after an event, based on lived experience rather than anticipation or politeness.

This approach is an ongoing practice—one that invites open communication, mutual awareness, and a shared willingness to gently rewrite our inherited patterns around money, value, and exchange.
