Calibrating

This workshop is part of a series of short explorative workshops designed to get a taste of the Attunement practice We don’t go for a full journey like on a weekend or a retreat. It is rather a short and tasty dive into one aspect of the practice or a topic that we can move and explore through the attunement approach.  This is a workshop of calibrating how we move through this dense and dramatic 3D world.

Comparable when doing the first steps in a computer game and finding out how we can move, we want to explore our posture in this world: The front space, the back space, our verticality and the “here” and “there”. 

This is a physical workshop on shaping our relation towards the world and from the world towards us.

Once established some orientation, we will explore our togetherness and calibrating our swarm intelligence towards an more open format “Jam” for the last hour.
